- ELIN Attachment Solicitation The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure smart boards and related supplies (interactive whiteboards, document cameras, projectors, etc.) for its elementary, middle and high schools located in Guam, Japan and Korea. This requirement will be procured utilizing a lowest price technically acceptable source selection evaluation process in accordance with FAR Part 15. The contracts resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract. Delivery is F.O. B. Destination to a specific location(s) stated in the delivery order. Specific offeror submittal requirements and specification information will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-09-R-7016. The Department of Defense requires all offerors and contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Inquires concerning the RFP may be submitted in writing via email to: dppd@pac.dodea.edu.
