- Presolicitation Notice Solicitation M62613-09-T-0026 The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Marine Corps Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni (MCASI), Japan, intends to purchase Reliability Centered Maintenance Services, specifically, evaluation of various command C4I and CCTV systems, generation of an "As-is Systems View" (ASV) report of existing systems, and generation of a report making recommendations for potential upgrades to existing systems that will enhance their reliability, functionality, and ability to support command missions. All work must be performed by U.S. citizens who hold at least a current SECRET security clearance and who have successfully undergone a single-source background investigation (SSBI). Required Service Commencement Date: 1-Sep-2009. See Solicitation M62613-09-T-0026. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer.
