Description

IQC09169009040; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3130-01-185-8920) for a Bearing, Flapping. This solicitation will be for an award for a quantity of 256 for a base and 4 year options. There are two approved sources of supply: Lord (76005) and Bell Helicopter (97499). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 162 days ARO. First article testing is also included in the solicitation. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 20 July 09 (anticiptated closing date of August 20, 2009, anticipated award date is September 2009. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
