- SOW Kennel Quote Form SOW Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for dog kenneling services at Pembina, ND. The current requirement is for two dogs; however, that number can fluctuate if dogs come and go for temporary assignments. Please see attached Statement of Work for details of requirement. This is a request for quotes for kennel services on an as-needed, daily basis. The contemplated purchase order will be for the base period (date of award through 30 Sep. 2010) and four option years (1 Oct. 2010 - 30 Sep. 2014). Please provide a price quote for both the base period and the option years, in terms of a daily rate per dog. The Service Contract Act [52.222-41] and Department of Labor Wage Determination 05-2553 (Rev.-4) apply to this order and are hereby incorporated by reference. Because there is no specific labor category which applies, awardee shall seek conformance of wage with Dept. of Labor, if applicable. Award of this requirement will be subject to availability of fiscal year 2010 funds. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-priced and technically acceptable. CBP will inspect the facility of the vendor who is determined to have the lowest price to determine compliance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. The cost of driving to and from your facility and the canine work site will be added to your quoted prices in the evaluation of the total cost of your proposal. Awardee MUST register in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in CCR requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number. Please complete and SIGN the price quote form attached, and return with this form. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SIGN Blocks 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 on page one of the SF 18 form. Quotes that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered. All quotes must be RECEIVED by the Contract Specialist no later than July 8th, at 12:00 P.M. NOON Eastern Standard Time (Indianapolis).
