- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD)has a requirement for the following: Hot Rolled Seamless Pipes - 2 pieces #A519/A106 Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe - 2 pieces All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures is anticipated.
