- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqusition Circular 2005-32. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (750) each media converters - Signamax p/n: 065-1100LFS - 10/100 BaseT/TX to 100BaseFX Media Converter ST Multimode, 2km Span, USB Power Option. Must include USB cable. No substitutes. Must be new. Evaluation factor is lowest price. This is an all or none. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertains as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail prior to close-of-business 29 June 2009.
