- The US Army RDECOM Contracting Center (RDECOM AC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD 21005 has a requirement to obtain one-hundred (100) new, unused, brand name or equal, Escalation of Force (EOF) 373 Kits in support of the Rapid Equipping Forces (REF) Project EOF Kits 3.0. Each kit shall include; one (1) Bull Horn (Multiple Commercial Sources Part # G22623), four (4) Air Horns (Multiple Commercial Sources Part # CS7319586), one (1) Individual Weapon Green Laser Pointer w/ 2 AAA batteries (Beam of Light Technologies, BTMK 10), one(1) Pelican Cube Transport Case w/ foam 24 in. cube m (Pelican Products INC, 0370-001-110), one (1) mini-green 100 mw 5.5 mrad fixed divergence green laser (BE Meyers, 532P-M-KIT), one (1) Stinger portable spike strip (Federal Signal Corporation, 90200), one (1) 10-foot portable speed bump (PMG Inc, SBM 3A), and ten (10) Traffic Cones (Safety Flag CO, CSP-36). The Government intends to include a not-separately-priced line item for LOGISTICS SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS (PTD) - Logistics support requirements are required to sustain equipment for a period not to exceed 36 months. The logistics support required includes OEM operators manuals, maintenance manuals, and parts lists plus repair parts support and parts usage data associated with equipment repairs performed by contractors. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price-type contract with an option for repair services on a time and material (T&M) basis.
