- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 10,627 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield a minimum of 9,241 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office space preferably on one floor in Cheektowaga, NY. Offered space must be fully serviced and located in a prime commercial office district capable of being altered or constructed to meet the Government’s specifications. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Sub-leases are not acceptable. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 5 surface parking spaces shall be available, preferably at no additional cost, for government vehicles. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2009. LEASE TERM: 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years. DELINEATED AREA: North: Genesee Street South: George Urban Boulevard East: Transit Road West: Dick Road Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information: address/location of site, square footage, name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted, name of recorded owner, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. All expressions of interest must be received by July 15, 2009.
