- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure a group of materials on a sole source basis for follow-on procurements to an NSWCDD prototype project. Specific make and model are required for the continued development and production of the Precision Strike Package project. The list of materials and sole source manufacturers are listed in Attachment (1). The following NAICS Codes will be utilized:334111 with a size standard of 1000 employees.335999 with a size standard of 500 employees.339999 with a size standard of 500 employees.332995 with a size standard of 500 employees.333314 with a size standard of 500 employees.332991 with a size standard of 750 employees.332722 with a size standard of 500 employees.335931 with a size standard of 500 employees.335911 with a size standard of 500 employees.336413 with a size standard of 1000 employees. These requirements shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will have varying award dates over the next 12 months. FOB Destination to Dahlgren, Virginia, shall apply. This announcement is the only notice being issued. The synopsis number is N00178-09-Q-1913. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that the Defense Payment Office may not make payments unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database. The contractor receiving the award will be required to submit invoices through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) website.
