- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PE09T0183. The contractor shall manufacture and furnish a prefabricated Live Fire Shoot House (LFSH) to include all materials, components, supplies, nuts, bolts, screws, and basic hand tools to assemble a one-story Shoot House, approximately 2,400 square feet in size. The contractor shall furnish 20 each 24 inch x 36 inch Bullet Traps, capable of containing 5.56mm military rounds. The LFSH shall include approximately 6 rooms, with a minimum of 4 internal sliding walls enabling the user to create wide hallways, narrow hallways, 3-way intersections, 4-way intersections, red zones, and several exterior entry points. Walls will be a minimum of 3/8 inch thick AR 500 steel (495 Min Bhn) armor plate. The walls shall be covered inside with 2 inch x 4 inch furring strips, and 7/16 inch OSB wood, to create a complete bullet fragment containment system for the errant round that misses the bullet trap completely. The contactor shall provide a slab design, and complete assembly drawings and instructions, as well as, provide 24-hour hotline customer service to answer any questions the construction crew might generate during the construction sequence.
