- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of renewal of licenses. The contractor shall renew PlanETS mapping data licenses for the period covering July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Line Item 0001 - 500 Dynamap D isplay, quantity 1 eachLine Item 0002 - 500 Matchmaker SDK, quantity 1 each. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Tele Atlas North America, Inc. under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5, and under authority 41 U.S.C.253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1. The Contracting Officer certifies the accuracy and completeness of the justification. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUN 2008); 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (FEB 2009); 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items (MAR 2009); 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Condiitions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commericial Items (MAY 2009).
