- Please review this solicitation. Please quote your prices in the solicitation. For use with Gun Parts in Plasma Spray Area Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. This notice of request is a notice of competitive proposals. This request is for full and open competition. Attached in the solicitation is the product numbers and information we are requesting. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
