- Description
- The purpose of this task is to provide engineering services support for ALR-56 OFP/PFM software to incorporate changes required to support the Radar Modernization Program. The ALR-56 is part of the EW suite of the F-15 mission capable rate impacting the Air Force's force structure. Without this prime contractor engineering support, USAF customers will incur a high level of risk. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources to accomplish and/or support this task, including facilities, equipment, software, and data/databases. The contractor shall identify any government property required to accomplish this task. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source BAE Systems (CAGE: 81413), 100 Campus Rd., Totowa, NJ 07512-1213, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), Justification: "Supplies or services are available from one or a limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This task will not be solicited publicly. This order will be for a basic 12 month period. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Security clearance will be required of all bidders/offerors. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
