- Checklist for completing solicitation Solicitation The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for Physical Therapies (PT) services in support of the Special Education Program located at Laurel Bay South Carolina. The period of performance will be for School Year (SY) 09 through SY 2010. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-09-T-0016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31, effective 20 Apr 2009 and 2005-32, effective 31 Mar 2009; Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DCN 2009115. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
