- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Project Title: Construct Troop Camp Dayroom Facility, Project Number: KKGA 052004. The ND National Guard has awarded a RECOVERY project to Smithco, Inc., 2501 13th Ave. S, Suite 208, Fargo, ND 58103. The project scope is a single, firm fixed-price task order for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete Construct Troop Camp Dayroom Facility at the NDANG, at Hector IAP, Fargo, ND. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following principal items: Construction of 1,250 SF of new single story slab on grade building for use as a dayroom and storm shelter for the Regional Training Facility located on the NDANG base at Hector IAP. The building will include masonry bearing walls, light gauge steel truss roof system with metal decking. Exterior veneer will be masonry. Construction of 2,280 SF of new single story slab on grade wood framed barracks building and various support spaces. Note: Site is master planned for 6 additional barracks buildings to be constructed at a later date. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 180 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
