Description
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda, MD has a requirement for an in vivo imaging system that is capable of detecting single photons and recording the position, size and time of each event in list format. This requirement is full and open. Point of Delivery: FOB Destination Location: Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI) 8901 Wisconsin Avenue Bethesda, MD 20889-5603 The expected delivery date should be within six to eight weeks. The Government requires the best commercial warranty offered to the general public and to the vendor's best customer The minimum specifications for the invivo imaging system are: (1) A real time, fast image system enabling acquisition of biologically relevant events within milliseconds; (2) Can perform both quantitative luminescence and fluorescence signals; (3) Low camera noise with high image resolution; (4) Works for in vivo mice kinetic model experiments and in vitro static cell cultures; (5) Easier maintenance with quick problems solved services; (6) Have potential to upgrade for fulfilling more complicated experimental requirements in the future; and (7) Capable of detecting single photons and recording the position, size and time of each event in list format. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this notice, is most advantageous to the government, based on the price and other factors considered (e.g. quality, delivery, and warranty). Offerors must provide specifications and/or literature documentation of the in vivo imaging system. To be eligible for contract award, a contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. For instructions on registering with the CCR, please see the CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. All offerors are required to submit a completed copy of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Item, with the offer. Also, list your DUNS number and Cage Code Number.
