- Description of Work: NRCS in Arkansas is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWP) for Channel Clearing and Obstruction Removal, Izard and Stone Counties, Arkansas. This procurement is a HUB-Zone Set-Aside. Magnitude of Work is between $25,000 and $100,000 and the NAICS Code is 562119. Successful offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov. to receive a contract award. Failure to register in this system will result in the offer not being considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about July 6, 2009, with date for receipt of offers on or about July 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Interested contractors are required to assure if any amendments to this solicitation have been issued prior to submitting a bid. Site showing is scheduled on July 16, 2009, at 10:00 a.m.
