- This solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS code 237310. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded with an estimated price between $250,000 to $500,000. All Offerors who submit a proposal for this project must be registered to the Central Contractor’s Registry (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/. in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and must have Completed Representations and Certifications (ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204- 8. Offerors who fail to register to CCR and complete ORCA will not be considered for award. The solicitation for this project shall be issued on or before July 16, 2009, and will be open for approximately 30 days from the date of release. To obtain the solicitation, enter the solicitation number (AG-82X9-S-09-0204) into the search field on the www.fbo.gov home page. A pre-proposal meeting will be specified in the solicitation.
