- Description
- Management Administrative Resources Services (MARS) Synopsis. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Air Force Research Laboratory Propulsion Directorate West at Edwards Air Force Base has a requirement for the Management Administrative Resources Services (MARS). The contractor shall provide for continuation of the following on-site Operation and Maintenance services: 1. Financial Management Support for the financial management branch and the technical branches to generate funding documents, input data, review/amend/correct/provide status on government travel card holders and travel orders, load/balance/reconcile authorized funding, compile/analyze/report on execution of funds, maintain and perform research/reconciliation/correct of financial data/tables/records and contract records across/within all financial management systems. 2. Information Management Support to include supporting the Department of Defense Scientific and Technical Information Program (STIP), Scientific and Technical Information Review (STINFO), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR), and technical library support. 3. Personnel System Support to include the manpower and training office administrative support. 4. Graphical Support to include maintaining a graphic arts department for the conceptualization, design layout, generation and production of various graphical presentation products. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is R799. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110. This acquisition is a 100% service disabled veteran owned small business set aside. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of 01 Nov 2009 through 31 Dec 2009 with four one-year option periods, ending 31 Dec 2013. The government anticipates posting a draft Performance Work Statement on or about 07 Jul 2009. The government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about 24 Jul 2009.
