- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91278-09-T-0051. The Mobile District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to Metro Trailer Leasing Inc. to relocate and lease two office trailers by removing existing tie-downs and closure materials. The trailers will be moved less than mile. Contractor will complete the setup to include re-leveling and installation of tie-down system. Accomplish necessary weather proofing. Provide a five year rental agreement that begins on the date the trailers are relocated. This is a sole source action that is consistent with applicable guidelines in FAR. Procurement will be for five years ( a base year and four optional years). The trailers are sitting on the construction site and must be moved approximately 400 yards in order to accommodate construction activities. Metro Trailer Leasing, Inc. owns the trailers and will lease them to the Government.
