- I.E. - Pacific, Inc., a small business, San Diego, CA, has been awarded a firm-fixed price contract for construction of a parking lot at the Marine Corps Reserve Center, Bakersfield, CA, and is expected to be complete by November 2009. This acquisition to support the Navy/Marine Corps mission was awarded sole source to an 8(a) certifed firm in accordance with the Small Business Act, Section 8(a), (15 U.S.C. 637(a) Business Development Program.
