- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W81K04-09-R-0021. This is a notice of intent by the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2017 17th Street Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a contract for non-personal services to provide Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and or recertification services by National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). Services include testing, grading the tests, establishing a certificate number, issuing certification, tracking and reminding individuals of recertification. All services shall be performed at the contractors facilities or testing sites. The NAICS code is 611710. The solicitation will be issued on or about 7 July 2009.
