- IAWJCS Performance Specifications The 309 Missile Maintenance Group is seeking information for the possible purchase of an Integrated Abrasive Water Jet Cutting System (IAWJS). Specific manufacture and model number is Flow Corporation I-4800 Integrated Shape-cutting System or equivalent. The system is available as a commercial off-the-shelf item as well as it is cataloged and advertised. The proposed item shall include all freight and handling charges and manufacture start-up installation of the entire IAWJS into building 847 Sheet Metal Shop on Hill AFB, UT 84056. This is a request for information seeking sources capable of meeting the requirements in the attached Performance Specification. When responding please include: 1. Company Name and Cage code 2. Who is your POC please provide email address and phone number. 3. Experience with same or similar items, Please describes. 4. Suggested NAICS Code 5. Business Size Classification for NAICS and qualifications if any as any sub-category. (i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 6. Would you be a prime or subcontractor? 7. Lead Time for the task performance 8. Would you be supplying the test consoles as a manufacturer or a distributor? 9. Discuss similar contracts that you have performed. 10. Could you perform without interim payments? The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these sources sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. The information provided is considered market research and may be utilized by the AF in developing its acquisition strategy, Statement of Objectives, and Performance Specifications. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used as a general concept but specific information will be safeguarded as proprietary, if so marked. Interested offerors should send a response to the sources sought inquiry and the questions listed above to the Contract Negotiator. Responses should be submitted by 4:00 pm MDT on July 17, 2009.
