- NSN 6150-01-200-6553, PR number IQC09134009018, Wiring Harness, Branched, used on the A-10 Thunderbolt Aircraft. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 6, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 24, Max Contract Qty per year is 48. Orders are to be shipped within 202 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. A fully competitive data package is available. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is full and open competition after exclusion of sources. This acquisition is a hubzone set-aside procurement and only offers from hubzone manufacturers or hubzone dealers furnishing a hubzone manufacturers product will be considered. Southern California Braiding Corporatioin, CAGE 4P070, P/N L54465027108A-B is the approved hubzone manufacturer for this procurement. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is July 07, 2009 with a closing date of August 06, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
