- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON OR ABOUT June 1, 2009, WITH OFFERS DUE ON JULY 10, 2009. Janitorial Services for the Red Rock Ranger Station, Visitor Center and Warehouse for a base period of 6 months, with optional renewable years. The Red Rock Ranger Station is located in Sedona, AZ consists of approximately 12,000 square feet of useable space. The Visitor Center and Warehouse are also located in Sedona, AZ. The Visitor Center consists of approximately 7000 square feet of usable space and the warehouse consists of approximately 2000 square feet. Cleaning services are to be performed as required on a frequency schedule that will consist of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannually and annually. Offers will be due on July 10, 2009.
