- After today, all questions will be answered by 16 July 2009, 4:00 pm EST, unless they are time sensitive and they may be answered sooner. You are urged to monitor the site on a regular basis. The following three (3) questions are the only ones that will be answered today. Question 1: Page 10 o 75: Is the listed due date of 12:00 pm EST, Saturday, July 25, 2009 correct? Answer: The date has changed to 12:00 pm EST, Friday July 24, 2009. Question 2: Page 15 of 75: (b) Small Business Participation Goals: "Each participation percentage below shall be accompanied by detailed supporting documentation regarding the individual commitment etc....Subcontracting Plan Evaluation Approach." What is the Small Business percentage of work scope requirement, if any? Answer: The Small Business Participation Goal is 5%. Question 3: Page 16 of 75: The Past Performance volume shall include information for not more than three (3) most recent/current programs (within last 3 years) that are similar in scope etc....However, page 11 of 75 states a maximum of 5 per program. Is the requirement for Past Performance no more than 3, or no more than 5 applicable programs. Answer: Past Performance is within the last three (3) years, not five (5).
