- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR, SYSTEMS RESEARCH AND APPLICATIONS CORPORATION, AS A LOGICAL FOLLOW-ON TO THE PRINCIPAL RESOURCES FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISE-WIDE (PRIME) 2.2 BPA AGAINST GSA MILLENNIA CONTRACT NO. GS00799ALD0211. USAID intends to obligate Recovery Act funds to issue a follow-on task order for the completion of the Global Acquisition and Assistance System (GLAAS) development work, allowing full system deployment worldwide. The original task order was competitively awarded.
