- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of the solicitation for Project No. SXHT 04-1602, Renovate Bldg 630 at Patrick Air Force Base, FL. The required support will provide all labor, material, and equipment required to make the following repairs at Bldg 630: 1. Repair and painting of the hallway leading to the female bathroom and upstairs. 2. Renovate 2nd floor including all new finishes. 3. Refurbish Men's and Women's restrooms include new tiles and fixtures (ADA compliant). 4. Design new shower in the Unisex restroom include new tiles and fixtures (ADA compliant). "STRADDLE B PROJECT". Period of performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date on or about 20 Jul 09 and proposal closing date of 18 Aug 09 are tentative. The applicable NAICS Code and size standard for this acquisition are 236220/$33.5M. The estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Contract award will be based on a best value analysis using performance-price, trade-off (PPT) procedures.
