- RECOVERY--This solicitation is to procure one John Deere 700J LGP bulldozer or equivalent with accessories. The specifications are as follows: Engine - Turbocharged diesel engine with replaceable wet sleeve cylinder liners. 6 cylinder (359 to 414 cubit inch) rated at 115 to 120 net SAE horsepower; Extreme duty grille. Transmission- Hydrostatic type with triple reduction final drives Steering - Dual path Hydrostatic with counter rotation Hydraulic System - Gear type pump; 25 gpm pump flow; 3 function valve for blade. Mainframe, Access Panels Front tow loop (bolt-on), Reinforced engine and mid-frame bottom guards, Integral transmission guard, Vandal protection: engine access door, side tank access doors, fuel tank, instrument panel, transmission reservoir, hydraulic reservoir. Undercarriage - Low Ground Pressure design; Maximum 78 Track Gauge with 102 in. track on ground; a minimum of 30 Grousers with a total of 7 Track rollers; full-length bolt on rock guards. Blade - 132 wide Low Ground Pressure Power-Angle-Tilt blade Operator Compartment- Enclosed Cab w/AC and heater, left and right sliding windows, tinted safety glass, dome and reading lights, floor mat, 3-windshield wipers and washers for front and doors, Mechanical suspension fabric seat with retractable 3 seat belt, cab mounted work lights (2 grille mounted forward and 1 rear). Miscellaneous - 4000S winch with cable. Four functions one lever operation: reel in, brake on, brake off, and free spool; four roller fairlead for winch; Air conditioner module protection screening; arched limb risers for cab; Rear mounted tool box. Two copies of operators manual Safe Operating Weight (LB) - 27,000 to 27,900 Warranty Standard manufacturers warranty shall cover power train and hydraulics. Copy of standard warranty is to be provided with bid. The bulldozer will be delivered to East, Inc., 912 Coast Guard Road, Selma, AL 36701, ATTN: Roger Barlow. Offerors shall clearly state the estimated delivery time. This solicitation is American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funded. It is anticipated that a fixed Price contract will be awarded.
