- With regards to a potential offeror's inquiry about the applicability of the Davis-Bacon Act/Wage Determination to combined synopsis/solicitation D-09-N-0094, the following response is provided: The applicability of a wage determination will be determined upon receipt and evaluation of offers. If it is determined that the technically acceptable lowest priced offeror proposes personnel whose wages are established under a Wage Determination, the applicable wage determination will be incorporated and made a part of the order.
