- RECOVERY--- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER NGB AE IDIQ W9133L-05-D-0006. The Pennsylvania Army National Guard through the USPFO-PA intends to award a task order under the above IDIQ for purposes of performing project site surveys in the Eastern part of Pennsylvania to collect technical data, perform A&E Design, develop bidding documents, submit for and gain all necessary permits, and provide estimates for work to be performed. The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (PA DMVA) Office of Administration - Division of Procurement and Contracting will procure the subsequent construction contracts, in accordance with the provisions of the Recovery Act.
