- Description
- This acquisition is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all incidental and related services necessary to provide Exterminating and Pest Control Services to be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. The Support Center at Elizabeth City is located in Pasquotank County in Northeastern North Carolina, it is an approximate 748 acre main campus comprised of over 110 buildings (approximately 1.05M SF) and over 230 structures. The period of performance is one Base year, beginning 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010, with four one-year options (1 October through 30 September). The government will issue a contract from this Request for Quote under FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, to the responsible quoter whose offer conforming to the request for quote will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is issued under 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns IAW Far Part 19.5. The NAICS Code is 561710. The size standard is $7.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency. If your quote is incomplete, it may not be considered. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number HSCG84-09-Q-AA5313. The solicitation, and any subsequent amendments, will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunity Website at www.fbo.gov on or about 3 July 2009 with a closing date for receipt of quotes by 13 July 2009. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining any amendments from that site. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed.
