- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to solicit and negotiate two (2), 3-day training classes on a sole source basis with 420 Group Advanced Criminal Interdiction, PO Box 50271 Summerville, SC. The 420 Group Shall provide these training cources at State College, PA 07/22-24/2009 and Bucks County, PA 09/09-11/2009. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 611699. The proposed requirement is for Law Enforcement training for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition is within the Governments discretion. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is July 10, 2009, 12:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
