- This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance found in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for service or supplies in accordance with the below terms and description. The solicitation for this requirement will be posted under the same reference number as stated above. NAICS Code: 721199 FSC Code: V231 Classification Code: 99 SBA Applicability & Size Standard: This is a 100% small business set a side. The small business size standard is $7 Million Dollars Description of item(s) to be acquired: Contractor will provide location, lodging, food, facilities and accessability to activities for Hill AFB Spiritual Wellness AEF retreats. Dates and Place of Delivery: Location cannot be outside of the bountries of Davis, Weber and Salt Lake Counties, Utah. This will be a 3 year requirement with a maximum of 4 retreats per year.
