- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO GREENWICH ENTERPRISES, FOR CONSULTING SERVICES. The U.S. Mission & Installation Contracting Command (formerly Army Contracting Agency), Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Greenwich Enterprises, 100 Rumstick Rd, Barrington, RI 02806-4854. The contractor shall conduct a four day audit of the Protective Equipment Team (PET) laboratorys documented quality system to verify compliance with the17025:2005 documentation requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541618, and the size standard is $7.0M.
