Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, 702 East Broadway, Eden, TX. 76837 Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment and mental health services, within the city limits and downtown/central Harrisburg, PA., and within.4 miles of a direct bus route. The treatment location should be no further north than Division Street, nor further east than Cameron Street, no further south than Market Street, and no further west than Front Street. This requirement will ensure the following: inmate accountability; reasonably priced public transportation is available for inmates who are responsible for their transportation to and from treatment appointments and inmates will not have long commutes to and from the treatment center. This requirement will also ensure that inmates are not subjected to walking long distances in extreme weather conditions. As inmates are required to work and meet other RRC requirements, the aforementioned issues must be taken into consideration. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2009 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2014. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year (10/01/2009 - 09/30/2010): Estimated number of inmates 35: Intake Assessments (2011)(one per inmate) for 35 inmates = 35 total units; Individual Counseling Sessions (2010), 30 minutes per individual counseling session/inmate, @ 24 unites per inmate, 35 inmates, total units = 840; Group Counseling Sessions (2020) (30 minutes), @ 72 units per inmate, 35 inmates, total units = 2,520 units; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (5011) (one assessment and report per inmate) for 1 inmates = 1 units; Medication Monitoring (6051) 2 units per inmate, 5 inmates, 10 total units; Mental Health Individual Units (6010) 30 minutes = 1 unit, 24 units per inmate, 5 inmates, 120 total units; Mental Health Group Units (6020), 30 minutes = 1 unit, 12 units per inmate, 5 inmates,60 total units; Psychiatric Intake and Assessment (5030), 1 per inmate, 4 inmates, 4 reports; Psychotropic Medication, as needed, 50 perscriptions.
