- Description
- Offutt Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services in the form of a Mobile MRI services to support the on-site Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the 55th MDG. This service will provide a Mobile MRI services for one base year and an additional four option years. This solicitation is restricted to Service Disabled- Veteran Owned Small Business's only. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512 and the size standard is $11.5 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http: www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote in. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 17 July 2009, it is recommended that interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code).
