- Approximately 105 vehicles to be leased in 3 area locations. Items are intended for duties of NCIS field agents.It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website as a Unrestricted purchase on or about July 2, 2009 with proposals due by on or about July 22, 2009. A Firm-Fixed Price Supply type contract with a base year and 4 one-year options will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Terms will be FOB Destination to 3 separate locations: Newport RI, Camp Lejeune, SC, and San Diego, CA. Delivery will be due at various dates - information is listed in the solicitation.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by NCIS Acquisition Department. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed.Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
