- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement at San Luis National Wildlife Refuge in Los Banos, California to peform a Cultural Resources Survey on Refuge land. The receipt of this award is contingent on the recipient's meeting the requirements in Section 1512 of the Recovery Act regarding the reporting outlined in clause 52.204-11 and all other clauses. METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT UNDER A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.Award will be made on a competitive basis as a "best value" award in accordance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.106-3 to a responsible small business responding to this solicitation. The criteria for award shall be stated in the solicitation. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting of the Request for Quote (RFQ) details and specifications may be accessed ONLY via FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation number 80181RQ334, including any and all attachments will be made available in approximately 5 days and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fbo.gov or www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date has not yet been determined. For assistance in downloading information from the National Business Center, contact the helpdesk at (703) 390-6707. Interested vendors must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov. Period of performance is 30 calendar days from date of the award. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife technical point of contact for this project will be listed in the Statement of Work in the Solicitation.
