- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE UMCS III PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to the following Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contractors (MATOC): W912DY-09-D-0035, Ameresco, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0036, Honeywell Products, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0037, Johnson Controls Building Automation; W912DY-09-D-0038, Siemens Government Services, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0039, TAC Americas; W912DY-09-D-0040, Teng & Associates, Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0041, Trane U.S. Inc.; W912DY-09-D-0042, Williams Electric Company, Inc. This project is located at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. The intent of this project is to expand and repair the wireless communications network to connect the Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) to 88 facilities. The work is divided in three phases: Phase I: Upgrade Canopy System to transmit Advanced Meter Reading (AMR) data, equipment alarms, and scheduling. Phase II: Upgrade Head End of EMCS system to allow scheduling of HVAC equipment for energy savings opportunities. Phase III: Provide the appropriate WonderWare software licenses, program, reports and hardware to support AMR data acquisition. All control hardware equipment and application programming software shall be provided to allow full integration into the existing Johnson Control Metasys direct digital control system.
