This modificationis a request for information in the form of a high-level construction cost validation.For additional details, see the attachments to this RFI.We are currently in the market research phase of this procurement, therefore nosolicitation exists. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not tobe construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay forinformation solicited.The due date for responses is July 15, 2009.
