- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT VA260-P-0473 COMPETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BROOKS ACT AND FAR 36.6. The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System intends to issue a task order against existing Contract Number VA260-P-0473 dated 09/02/2008 with Clark Kjos Architects, LLC; 710 Second Ave, Suite 800; Seattle WA 98104. This contract has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architect-Engineer Services, and awarded as an Architect-Engineer Services, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The order is for design only. The NAICS code assigned to this contract is 541310 Architectural Services. The small business standard is $4.5 million. RECOVERY PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A/E design Services for Recovery Act Approved Project 663A4-09-164 Remodel building 85, 2nd floor.
