- One BPA Call has been made against Blanket Purchase Agreement AG-3A75-B-08-0001 for three Pre-Acquisition Environmental Database Search Services on properties in Western North Carolina. AG-4532-K-09-0014 has been awarded as follows: Frank R. Loveland property in Henderson County, NC for $495; Carolina Mountain Conservancy Inc., property in Henderson County, NC for $495; and William A. Holbrook property in Henderson County, NC for $100. The Holbrook property search was cancelled after the Notice to Proceed was given and the fee for this search is for costs incurred prior to cancellation. This BPA call is in support of the Flood Plain Easement program funded by the Recovery Act of 2009. The BPA call was competitively bid between 3 vendors on the BPA.
