- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a solicitation issued by Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA, Contracts Dept, Code S1940. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33, published June 15, 2009. This acquisition is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 811213, size standard $7 million.Maintenance Center Barstow requires services, labor, and material to refurbish the parts identified below for the AN/TPS-59 radar.
