- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award T-45 RADAR Altimeter Relocation as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement, N00019-05-G-0026 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company on a sole source basis. The period of performance will be from the date of the contract action award through 28 February 2011. The requirement reflects activities associated to provide aircraft retrofit and Val/Ver kits for the relocation of the Radar Altimeter in the T-45C aircraft. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the United States Government.
