- SPM4A609R0696; NSN 5895-01-187-9355, Nomenclature: Multiplexer; two sources two part numbers; Approved sources (OEM) L-3 Communications Corporation cage (60583), part Number # NAR8432 and Raythoen Company Corporation, cage (49956), Part Number # G254077-2V2. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open procedures applies. 100% quantity option applies on this RFP. This solicitation is for a Firm Fix Price (FFP), Quantity 66 each; Requested delivery is 106 days ARO or better. FOB is at destination. Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Origin. This is a critical application item. This is a classified item; contractors are required to have access to classified data, DD254 must be completed. Solicitations of $25,000 or greater must be made in writing. This is a request for a written quote; please submit offers to DSCR Bid Desk at fax # (804) 279-4165 by 2:00 PM local time on the closing date. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does NOT currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Alternate offerors must submit a source approval request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be evaluated. Automated best value system (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
