Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area is soliciting competitive proposals for a contractor to renovate and refurbish the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Elevator located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to renovate and refurbish the Salt Lake City ATCT Elevator in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, and wage rates. This project includes all work identified in the contract specifications. The estimated dollar value for this contract is between $150,000.00 and $300,000.00 A tiered evaluation of offers will be used in source selection for this contract, and offers from other-than small business concerns will only be considered after the determination that an insufficient number of offers from responsible small business concerns were received (see Part IV, Section M007 for details). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 (General Contactor) for this construction project. Additionally, this NAICS code for a small business is defined as a size standard with a maximum size standard of $33.5 million.
