Description
SPM4A609R0709; NSN 5841-01-196-4531, Nomenclature: Receiver, Transmitter SubAssy; Part Number: 512049-1; Intended source (OEM) Telephonic Corporation, cage (64694). The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open procedures applies. 100% quantity option applies on this solicitation. This solicitation is for a Firm Fix Price (FFP), Quantity 3 each; Requested delivery is 171 days ARO or better. FOB is at destination. Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. This is not a critical application item. Solicitations of $25,000 or greater must be made in writing. This is a request for a written quote; please submit offers to DSCR Bid Desk at fax # (804) 279-4165 by 2:00 PM local time on the closing date. Technical Data Package Availability: DSCR does NOT currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Alternate offerors must submit a source approval request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be evaluated. Automated best value system (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
