- Description
- SOW The 482nd MSG/CONF contracting office at Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), FL is issuing this pre-solicitaion for a comprehensive canal and storm water conveyance system clean-up covering approximately 80,000 LF of area. This project involves the removal of all debris from the canal system, overgrown vegetation removal from the canal bottom and side slopes, cleaning of all canal culverts to remove flow obstruction, removal of abandoned dumpsters, trash, debris, etc. and clean storm water structures that affect the flow and water elevations after rain storm events. This is a Hubzone set-aside acquisition. Prospective offerors must be registered and active with the Central Registration (CCR) and not registered in the government/s excluded party list. All prospective offerors must submit a capabilities statement. The capabilities statement will be evaluated to see if you can do the work successfully. A site visit is sceduled for on/about 16 July 09.
