The following Notice is provided in regard to the previously posted Pre-Solicitation Notice 8AZ2174, concerning construction of a Courthouse in Yuma, AZ. This project has been proposed as Federal Construction in the Presidents FY2010 budget. Opportunity to provide services in support of the Federal Construction will still exist. The Government is anticipating the advertisement of Design Build opportunities, in relation to Federal Construction, in August – September 2009 on FedBizOpps.gov.
